In order to meet the new opportunities & challenges and the needs of rapid development, Yingli Group released a group-level training to new staff on the date of June 5, 2011.

    Based on the actual situations of Yingli group, our vice-president and department managers are the trainers of different courses. In this systematical program, many topics were involved, such as developing target、key developing points of our group、environmental policy、safe education、personal issuance, rules and regulations, and the trainers also exchanged their working experiences with new staff.

    This training activity makes the new staff learn about the basic status of Yingli, laying a good foundation for their quicker integration and professional planning.
